I am so sorry that I missed the news of Karen's passing! Here ,a whole year later, I read the CH Landers obituaries and what a shock. I always enjoyed talking with Karen, she left me feeling so happy. I also enjoyed talking with Jon when I worked at Amphenol. Bill, like a Brother in law. So sorry for the loss of the lovely light that was Karen.

Jon and family: Our hearts are so filled with grief and shock. The year started out so great. Our trip together to the Cirque Du Soleil show in the Spring. Our trip to the Renaissance Festival this summer. Our last trip to the Garlic Festival this fall. A year so filled with joy ending so terribly wrong. Karen was so much fun. It was a real shock when learning of Karen's passing. She was (and always will be) part of a great Sidney family in the Dicksons.
My clearest memory of Karen was when I'd come home from college and we'd meet up at the Welcome Inn. EVERY time, she'd ask the same question: "Remind me again, are you in North Carolina or South Carolina?" I never got tired of answering it. She always kept us guessing what she'd say next.
