I worked on fuel injection with Doug at Bendix in the 1960's. He was a pleasure to work with. He made the most beautiful layout drawings (before CAD) I ever saw. I hope you have some of them and save them. NOBODY draws like that anymore. It is a lost art.
I talked to him on the phone a couple of months ago and planned to take Duncan over some morning for a visit. So sorry to see him pass. Peace to you his family. You were associated with a good man. Ken Ryan, Oxford.

Juel, Ben and I were shocked to see Doug's obituary. We are SO sorry for your loss. You were married the year before we were, so that's 57 years! Doug was a good man!
I'm sorry we won't be able to attend the calling hours as we have company coming at that time.
We pray that you will feel the Lord's comfort and strength supporting you and your family.
with love, Kathy and Ben Shaw
