Bill was aways a special friend to all that really knew him. As a small boy, he would always BE seen ready to play ball. He was a man of integerty insisting that all should play, not only just boys. Bill was ahead of the Army motto. If it is not moving, paint it. Bill painted most of the nonmoving items in Otsego, Delaware and Chenago counties. I will miss Bill and his love for mankind.

I just found out today, January 18, about Bill's passing. Although I have not lived in Unadilla for many years, I remember Bill from high school and he was one of the kindest and friendliest men that I have ever met. My heartfelt condolences to Bill's family.
