I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Clark was a huge contributor to my growing up as a teacher. Yes friendly but stern. And awesome on our senior trip to NYC. She was great! My deepest sympathies go out to the family. Mrs. Clarke was a wonderful teacher who filled my second grade year with so many memories that more come to me in every moment I've reflected on her today. She led us in fantastic projects from vine wreaths and metallic macaroni to string covered balloons and sock puppets. She taught us to be respectful and to have fun learning. I feel blessed to have had her as a teacher. How do you spell beautiful? M-R-S-C-L-A-R-K-E.

Joanne was a very special part of my life. She was like a big sister to me when I was taking care of Blaise and Justin. We remained friends for over 50 years. I am so glad I got to visit her last year when I was in town.

I am devastated by Mrs. Clarkes's passing. She was such an amazing person. She inspired me as a teacher. She taught my son and sent home his special writings. I spent a lot of time at her house tutoring Ryan. My heartfelt condolences to her family. I am so sad , but honored to have known Joanne. Bless you all.
