I knew Adam Petzack. We served in Operation Iraqi Freedom at Camp Diamondback. We may not have been the best of friends but it saddens me to find out that he had been killed. We were from the same unit at Fort Stewart, GA, 632 MSB. Sorry to be so late in my response, as I just found out about his death yesterday.

I remember when Adam first came into I office to change his license back to NY.I think it was when he first got out of the military he was a spunky kind of guy very talkative. He liked talking to all of us and we enjoyed his company. We would see him a lot f in the first few months he got out.He would buy vehicles in hopes that they would last a while and sometimes they did and sometimes not. But Adam was always a very nice guy and we enjoyed seeing him. When we found out that he was missing back in February we were concerned. Then when we found out about Adams body and that he was murdered we were heartbroken. The person who did this to him was a coward and took a life for no reason. He is a cold blooded killer with no remorse. Our prayers go out to his family and friends. We are praying that Buddy will be found. Rest in peace Adam in knowing that you served your country.
