I was away at the time of Mark's passing and services, and only found out the sad news yesterday. I want to belatedly extend my deepest sympathy to his family and friends. I had Mark as a student at Unatego many years ago, but I still remember his warm smile and winning personality. It is a tragedy that such a bright and engaging young man has passed much too soon.

I met Mark his senior year of college at SUNYIT, when mutual friends of ours told me he was looking for an apartment to share. I took their word on it and had him move in with me and I would say Mark was one of the nicest guys I have ever met. I'm glad I was able to meet Mark, although not knowing him as long as others, but am glad I was able to consider him a friend. My condolences to his family and friends.
