Dear Kathy and Family, We are deeply sorry for you all. Billy was a part of my children and grand children lives. When speaking about him they would call him Santa, and seeing him at family affairs not dressed in a Santa outfit they told their friends they met the real Santa. He would go along with them and that made him real special to us all. Billy will be missed and it was an honor to know him. Our hearts go out to you all.

Bill Gallagher (Uncle Billy) was a great man, a great father, grandfather, friend and husband. He always treated me right from the beginning like one of his own. I can remember the first Christmas, I will never forget. He is like my own uncle and I will miss him dearly. My heart aches not just because he's gone but for his children and wife. This side of my family is one that I can't replace.
