Dorothy was one of the sweetest and nicest ladies I have the honor of knowing. I only knew her as my neighbor but she always brought a smile to everyone who knew her. May she rest in peace. I will miss her. May God, bring her family peace.

As I head to the cemetery today I can't help but here Dorothy Irene Smiths voice and giggle. The many years of knowing her and the family she always had a smile and giggle for you. Trick or treating just won't be the same this year. Her home was always a stop for us. You are all in our thoughts today and we pray that your future days will get easier for you. Dorothy Irene Smith may you rest in peace forever.

I will miss Aunt Dot. I remember when we were kids we would go to her house for a "Hoe Down" while she played guitar, Grandpa Darlin played fiddle, Rosie would play piano, and Doug on the banjo. Aunt Dot could yodel and it always fascinated me. Love to all her family and friends.
