No words can express the sorrow and pain we feel at the loss of this sweet and wonderful man, a man who believed in morals, honesty, integrity and values we seldom see anymore. Red meant a lot to our family, we all felt he was a part of it and has been for many years. He guided our son Jacob in a few trials of life with wise words and sincerity. He was the first to crack a joke, make a person smile even when they felt down and be there when he thought you might need a shoulder. He believed in the word friend and all it stands for and he was one, to the very end. Missed he will always be, loved with never ending pride and remembered with a smile that is uncontrollable. R.I.P. Red... you deserve it.

When Red bought a pony at the action and brought it to the Sidney Center Hotel on his way home. His daughter Fay and I really enjoy seeing the pony on the hotel porch.

Red was a great friend over the
years. Recently when I visited
him at his home he was his same
old self despite his illness.
We shared lots of laughs
reminiscing about all the great
times we had enjoyed together
in past years. I'm really glad
I got in that visit. My deepest
sympathy to Red's family for
their loss. There will never be another one like him.
