I miss her already. Mary Ellen was a special person. She made my first years of teaching such a joy. She was always so kind and helpful, and was a special friend to my son, Patrick, when he started school. I learned a lot from her, laughed and cried with her, and always felt so loved in her presence. I am so sorry for all of you--she will be greatly missed.
