My deepest sympathy to the family and his friends.I will always remember the times I met him in the woods during deer season. We always asked each other if we had seen anything. Howard would point behind him and say he saw a couple back there a while ago. I was always envious of his Browning sweet 16 shotgun. Then we would we would wish each good luck and be on our way. We also marched in several Memorial Day parades together too. He was a fine man and I consider myself lucky to say he was my friend. May we all take comfort knowing that he is in a far better place. Rest in peace Howard, you truly deserve it.
