I lived across the street from Ray and Dot Hale my entire childhood until I went to college. My mother lived across the street from her for 60 plus years. My wife and I moved to Florida after we retired but I always stopped to see her when I returned home, A few years ago I stopped to see her and she was gone and I could not find out where she went as all of the neighbors that might know were gone. I am happy to see that she lived out her remaining years in a good place. She was a fine lady and a good business woman as Hale's Stationary was a great place on Main St for many years and the "go to" candy store in town. I will always have fond memories of her. Rest in peace Dot.

Thinking of the family at this time. She was such a sweet lady. I remember her fondly at the church as I was growing up.
