Joe and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember coming to the tiny house for afternoon visits and then you built what seemed to me as a small child the biggest castle on a mountain. When I heard we were coming to visit I couldn't wait. Playing with the thousands of toys the dogs had and Hilda would always have a glass of Pepsi for me and some snacks. She had a kind heart and a great soul.

what can I say about my Aunt...she was one of a kind. Hilda came from humble origins. but none was as fierce going through life as her. many times when I was growing up she along side my Uncle Joe Dolgos were like second parents to me and my brother Glenn Jones when my mom Linda Sutton was a single parent after her divorce. Let me tell you knew when you screwed up with Aunt Hilda...I remember firmly the times she scolded me and my brother for the stupid crap we put our mom through. But i also remember things like the "everything but the kitchen sink chili" she made on a Keroson heater when her and my uncle lived in the basement the first winter on the hill before the cabin was built. I also remember spending weeks of my summer helping the do stuff at said cabin. fond memories of watching her count circles while she mowed the lawn. Of picnics in the winter on the frozen neighbors pond. Of rides on the '69 electrglide my uncle still has when I was real little Joe Dolgos driving me in the middle and Hilda on the Back as to protect me. I think my brother and I sorta took the place of the kids they never had..... she was a pretty good cook too Thanksgivings and Christmas dinner at the cabin were awesome..... My hope is Hilda is somewhere now knowing that she was thought of often and loved a lot by her nephew(s) I will smile looking back her memory and miss her
