Anne and family,
I am saddened by learning of Bob’s passing. Bob was such an asset to the Afton Community as well as the entire Chenango County. I remember seeing Bob in the County Office Building and he always had a smile. He will be missed.

A wonderful man that worked tirelessly to improve everything he touched. The school, the town, the county and so on. Always had a smile and a wonderful engagement with all he meet. He will be sorely missed by all. Thoughts are with the family now and forever.
