What a wonderful woman Millie was! I've been thinking of her lately, and wondered where her life had taken her. I used to groom her Dachshund, Lillie. She would come in a few times a year for me to trim Lillie's feet and nails. She would talk about her cats while visiting my shop. What a great lady she was!

We have so many memories of you, Aunt Millie. I remember at one of our family reunions that you hopped up on the back of Aunt Eleanor's truck. I was amazed. I wish i could have told you one more time that i love you and i was sorry i wasn't better at caregiving. But i hope you knew i was trying my best, it was so hard watching you spiral down as the illness slowly took you away from me. You were the best mom for me .. and my heart is breaking.. you are with Dad, Lily and all the kitties, your parents and brother and sisters.. and I know you are happy and healthy now. I hope I make you and dad proud. E I O Mom.
