I am grateful for many memories, I catch myself holding my tongue out, like he did, and I just smile. Love you uncle Kenny. Thanks for your excellent example you left us all.

It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my big brother Ken, a big hole is left in our immediate family. He will be greatly missed on Family days and other times as well. My heart goes out to his family. Daughter Bonnie, his Sons Larry and Gary, and all their families. Try to remember the good times and follow
bhis Godly example. He loved you all and his concern was that you give your heart and life to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. God bless you all. Much love and prayers to you all. May God bless you all and comfort you all as you face life without him.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Kinnie family at the loss of your father, grandfather. He was a great man! I remember one Sunday when I was younger, there was a snake on the way home and I let out a blood curddling holler and he came out of church and removed the snake and told me it's okay to walk home, from that day on I thought of him as my hero! May he Rest In Peace always!

Mr. Kinnie was always kind and had a deep affection for the children. He was my Sunday school teacher but I most remember him for his skill as a carpenter and all the crafts he was responsible for over the years at bible school. Rest in peace you had a great life.

Sincere condolences to my 1976 classmates Larry & Gary and the entire Kinne family in the loss of your dad. I had the pleasure of meeting him earlier this summer. Very engaging and humble were my first impressions, and he was a whole lot more I’m sure. Cherish your memories and continue his good example.

Kenny always had a kids will be kids attitude.
He was a friend of our grandparents. And once when all of the older woman were angry about us hooking wheels to our shoes to make skates. He thought it was neat. He was great with children and always played a guessing game as to who was Cassie (me) and would was Katie (my sister) he was such a great man and the sweetest person I met at the church and maybe even in general. He will truly be missed.

For my dearest Uncle Ken. I have spent so much time with you the past few months and have enjoyed having lunches and dinners and naps with you. Singing, praying and crying good tears and reading the Bible. You have been such an inspiration to me for all my life. If it weren’t for you and aunt Myrtle and aunt Isabelle and uncle Gene I would not have been brought up in the church family praising God and the fellowship of the Sidney Center Baptist Church. Your devotion to the Lord is rarely seen today. I will miss you dearly but know that you are in a better place. My days had been filled with thoughts of you if I wasn’t there to enjoy your company. Now I will pray to thank the Lord for taking you out of pain and welcoming you to your heavenly home. You will forever remain one of the biggest influences in my life and I thank God for you. The day I brought you this bib you were so happy that no one could take it as it had your name on it. However you did offer to let Judy use it if she needed it for lunch that day. That will forever stay in my mind. Give hugs to all of our loved ones and friends that have gone before you and take that walk with your dad that you said you would do. I love you Uncle Ken and I’ll see you someday with a smile.

Ken was always an encouragement to me and a true friend in Christ. Our condolences go out to the entire family. No one will ever take his place in your lives but you can rest that he is in his promised place in heaven. God grant you all great grace as you pick up his mantle and go forward in Christ's strength. May the generations to come look at us all in spiritual admiration even as we look to Ken's life and impact on us all.

I spent my 1st birthday at Uncle Kenny and Aunt Myrtle’s because Mom (Marge) was in the hospital having Dale. I thought it was so special because my birthday was on their wedding anniversary. We always loved visiting them. The next time I visit them will be at their mansion in heaven. Can’t wait to see them again! Love and prayers for the family. Brenda

Ken was a devout Christian who lived it daily and not talk the talk (he was a man of few words). He was in my class in high school. Even though he was Baptist and I grew up a Methodist, it made no difference to him. He will be miss so much in Sidney Center. May God grant the family and church family and all Peace and Comfort you.
