Words cannot express the sadness I feel for the loss of this unselfish woman. Having known her since she was a child she lived an extraordinary life and touched every one she met. My love and blessings go out to everyone. Know you are in my prayers. Sorry I can’t be there but know I am in spirit.

I always enjoyed working with Deb when Unadilla and Gilbertsville worked together for EMS/FD and Explorer Post activites. She was a class act and I will miss her. My condolences to her family and friends.

Deb. I first knew you at Unatego School. You were 2 years
behind me but we still had fun. We use to kid each other “whatever happened at Unatego stayed at Unatego.” We use to laugh every time we seen each other. I will miss seeing you and we seen each other everywhere. Until we meet again my friend

God's Speed , Deb. I just was fortunate to talk to you re: mom. It was so comforting that you were in G'ville, I felt safe for mom. You amazing, loving nature will always be remembered in my mind. Remembering Wellsbridge and the bowling fun times with youth groups. No matter where I ran into you , you always greeted me with a smile and a hug. I attest that you were one of a kind. Say hi to my Dad, your kids will be loved.
love you Deb.

Deb and I spent nearly 40 years together on the Gilbertsville Emergency Squad. Her bedside manner with patients was unmatched, as were her technical EMS skills. There are so many people in Gilbertsville and other communities who benefited from her care. She also understood that "EMS is a team sport". It didn't matter if she was crew chief or crew member, the patient was always the focus. We traded places as Squad Captain, and all she really cared about was that the Squad was a family. Our hearts are broken, but we will go on as Deb would have wanted.

It would require a very thick book to remember all the wonderful memories and experiences I have had with Deb over the years. I am forever grateful for each one of them. She was like a sister to me and a surrogate mother to my son. I am eternally thankful our paths crossed more than 30 years ago. Until we meet again, my friend, I will try to do good deeds daily in honor of you! Thanks for making my life better by your existence.

Every squad call that I was on with Deb received her full attention and commitment, no matter how big or small the call was. Her dedication was matched by her love and generosity. I'm a better person for having been lucky enough to be a part of that, and I'm a better EMT because if her leadership.
