I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs Hartwell was an amazing woman and always full of energy and laughter. I worked with her as a student when I studied Early Childhood Education at DCMO BOCES. I am sorry to hear this sad news. When I taught Angela in kindergarten, Crystal made a t shirt for me. She had all the children sign their names and wrote "thank you for a great year!" I still have that t shirt. She was a thoughtful person and will be greatly missed.

It has been and honor and a privilege to have been a co-teacher in the Early Childhood Education Program at DCMO BOCES along side Crystal.
In the time we worked together, Mrs. Hartwell has shared invaluable personal insight and experience in the field of early childhood education with my junior and senior students that will serve them well as they pursue their careers in the field. As for me, I will take with me the memory of her laughter and her unprecedented love of preschool children.

Crystal touched the lives of many children during her years at Tri-Town Nursery including our son Cameron. What we remember was her big smile, big personality, and the funny stories she shared each day at pick-up time. Many of these stories we still laugh about to this day.
Crystal left a loving mark on the hearts of our family, and we are truly grateful!
